Crystal Ball gazing

Image Detail

As an important safety note, if you do candle gazing, don’t fix your stare at the heart of the flame for more than a few minutes. You can damage your eyes. DO NOT wear contacts while attempting candle gazing.
CANDLE GAZING METHOD
Place the lighted candle as near to eye level as possible, approximately one arm’s length in front of you. Make sure that you are not wearing contact lenses and that the room is as dark as possible. Make yourself as relaxed as possible by breathing slowly and deeply for a few moments. Make quite certain that the inhalations and exhalations are evenly spaced, and as you breathe in allow your tummy to rise, and when you breathe out let your tummy fall. Continue breathing in this way for approximately five minutes. Sometimes it helps to count six as you breathe in, retain the breath for a count of three, then exhale for the count of six, and so on. This is extremely effective in making the mind quiet and reducing levels of anxiety. Gaze at the tip of the flame without thinking of any one particular thing. Resist the temptation to blink or to move your eyes away from the flame even for a moment. Maintain the stare for as long as you possibly can before slowly closing your eyes. Now, place the palms of your hands over your eyes, applying a little pressure across the lids, and within moments the after-image of the flame will appear on the empty screen of your mind. Hold the image for as long as you possibly can, and when it becomes fragmented and begins to dissolve, open your eyes, return your gaze to the flame and repeat the whole process again. In fact, for the most effective results repeat the exercise three times. If you use any other form of meditation, it is a good idea to precede your meditation with the candle exercise. To achieve positive results candle gazing should be practised at least once a day.
WHAT DOES CANDLE GAZING ACTUALLY ACHIEVE? Candle gazing encourages the creative areas of the brain and stimulates Ajna, the brow Chakra, the seat of the traditional Third Eye. If you are to cultivate a clairvoyant ability, you must first of all be able to visualize and create images in the mind. Clairvoyance is controlled by the creative centres of the brain, and it is usually the very creative person who is able to develop an accurate clairvoyant ability.
If sitting silently with your eyes closed doesn’t hold your attention, try opening your eyes and gazing at an interesting object. Candle gazing is a good approach. Stare into the heart of the flames and let your eyes focus gently. Let your eye wander from the wick to the corona of the flame. Concentrate on every aspect of the flame, and gently allow your thoughts to still. You might also try staring into a crystal, or gaze into your own eyes in a mirror.
Instead of simply focusing on the object, focus within and watch the thoughts arise. Once you are aware of a thought, you can choose to either follow the thought for awhile, or release it and return your attention to your focus. Take an object or an idea and mentally list everything that comes to mind: Memories, related ideas, readings, sounds you associate, or people… continue to build the list for the object, and keep referring to the object whenever you get distracted. This keeps the mind interested, and at the same time it puts it back on track. Symbols such as the pentacle are an excellent object of focus in this regard.
After about fifteen minutes, grab a notebook or computer and write down everything that went through your mind that you remember. This will help you to keep interested and make you more mindful. You will train your mind to act as an observer, allowing yourself room to examine your own thoughts. Once identified, you can learn to screen out negative thoughts, and observe patterns of energy in your life.
You can increase the mind watching time up to several hours if you are dedicated. As a general measure, you should eventually be able to focus on an object of interest for as long as you wish. This frequently takes a matter of years to achieve, however. It’s typical for an average beginner of meditation to sustain mindful concentration for less than a minute without a thought interruption. The more you practice, the longer you will be able to sustain concentration. All you need to do is practice, even when it’s boring, and even when it seems like nothing is happening.
Be patient with yourself, and be willing to let go of the million thoughts that constantly race through our brains. The stillness found on the other side is the source of all magick.Crystal Balls
For many people, when they hear the word, “crystal ball”, they think of the wicked witch in the Wizard of Oz casting evil spells while gazing into her crystal ball, or some hardened gypsy just waiting to read your future. While the crystal ball does have an association with witchery, crystal balls are also used in Feng Shui or simply displayed because of their beauty.
We will break this down into three sections to give you a better idea of use and power of the crystal ball. Many people use a crystal ball for scrying, which is also known as crystallomancy. This practice is generally used by psychics, sorcerers, and seers for seeing into the past, present, and future, while using the crystal ball. The power of the crystal ball is used to take you on a journey where you will connect with the spirits of friends and family

One of the first uses of the crystal ball can be traced back to the Druids. The Scottish Highlanders first discovered the powers of the crystal ball. In these times, the crystal ball was created from beryl. Crystal balls were very prominent in the middle ages and when the scryers were finished with the work of their crystal ball, they would often pass their cherished crystal ball to their apprentice.
In addition to the world of witchery, crystal balls are also a large part of Feng Shui. Japanese respect the crystal ball and consider it a symbol of purity and perfection. Artisans in Japan have created crystal balls for centuries. They believe the dragon to be the supreme symbol of power and first believed the crystal ball was formed from the dragon’s breath. Quartz is able to transmit heat although it is cool to the touch. For this reason, the Japanese believed the crystal ball was ice, unable to melt. In Feng Shui, crystal balls are a cure for the adjustment of “Ch’i” and are used to bring positive energy. Often, the crystal ball will be placed in a window to change the “Sha” from entering the home, or in other words, negative things from the outside would transmute to positive things on the inside.
The third category for the crystal ball is for the people that enjoy the beauty of a crystal ball and display them in a lit china cabinet. For these people, they do not consider the power of the crystal ball. To them, it is all about a beautiful artifact for their home or office. It is the shine and brilliance of the crystal ball that entices them.
Each color of the crystal ball is believed to have special powers. Here are just a few examples:
*
Rainbow Crystal Ball – Produces light and protection, wards off evil while promoting good in all things, and helps people relax and have positive dreams
*
Rose Crystal Ball – Brings love to relationships, promotes self love, and heals emotions
*
Green Crystal Ball – Provides strong protection and shields against negativity
*
Lavender Crystal Ball – Helps enhance sensitivity and builds self-expression for people who are shy, anxious, nervous, stressed, suffer headaches, or insomnia
*
Amethyst Crystal Ball – Promotes general healing and meditation and helps with insomnia, grief, and addictions
*
Malachite Crystal Ball – Reveals past life, present patterns of behavior, and heals issues and relationships
*
Amber Crystal Ball – Energizes, helps in births, and warms the heart
*
Aqua Aura Crystal Ball – Helps connect with angels
The crystal ball can be made from a number of materials. The most popular choices are quartz and rock crystal. However, there are also lab-grown crystals and glass balls. The natural crystals are obviously, natural and tend to be stronger. Regardless of the use for the crystal ball, the natural crystal is by far the most powerful and most preferred. However, the lab-grown crystals are often used for superconductivity, although they can be used for scrying and Feng Shui as well. Generally, the lab-grown crystal is without inclusions and costs much less, although they do make excellent crystal balls. Finally, the glass “crystal” ball is more difficult to read. Additionally, the glass is unable to store information or history and is not good for scrying. Typically, the brighter the crystal ball, the more power it posses.

A student once asked the Buddha: Master Gotama, what is the cause and condition why some human beings are influential & prominent, while others are neglected & disrespected?

The Blessed Buddha then explained:
Here, friend, some man or woman is envious, one who is jealous, resents, and
begrudges the gains, honour, respect, reverence, salutations, fame, name and
veneration rightly received by others….
Because of intending and performing such action, at the breakup of the body,
right after death, such one is reborn in a state of difficulty, in a wretched
destination, in the painful purgatory, or even in the hells…
But if such one at the breakup of the body, right after death, is not reborn
in an state of deprivation, a painful destination, the purgatory, or in the hells,
but instead comes back to the human state, then wherever such one is reborn,
such one is not influential, unimportant, neglected & disrespected #!
These are the actions, friend, leading to future disrespect: Being envious, being
one who is jealous, resents, & begrudges the gains, honour, respect, reverence,
salutations, fame, name and veneration rightly received by others….
However, friend, any man or woman, who is neither envious, jealous, resenting,
nor begrudging the gains, honour, respect, reverence, salutations, fame, name &
veneration rightly received by others, because of intending & undertaking such
good mental action, at breakup of the body, after death, such one reappears in
a pleasurable and happy destination, even in one of the many divine dimensions!
But if at the breakup of the body, right after death, such one is not reborn in
a happy destination, in the heavenly worlds, but instead comes back to a human
state, then wherever such one reappears, such one is influential, & respected !!!
This is the way, friend, leading to prominence & influence, namely neither being
envious, jealous, resenting, nor begrudging the gains, honour, respect, reverence,
salutations, fame, name & veneration rightly received by others…

#: Such one escapes hell, because the evil kamma is modified by past good!
%: Such one miss heaven, because the good kamma is modified by past evil!

Magick and The Solar Eclipse

Throughout the year, the sun waxes and wanes. At the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year, the sun is only visible for a few short hours. Days become longer and at the Spring or Vernal Equinox, day and night are equal. At the Summer Solstice, the sun is visible for the longest period of time (the longest day of the year). Days start to become shorter and at the Autumnal Equinox, day and night are equal again. Finally, as the sun wanes, we are at the Winter Solstice again.
During a solar eclipse, we experience what might be called a "micro year". The sun is whole, then partially or completely hidden, and then visible again. Within just a few minutes, an energy similar to a complete cycle of solstices and equinoxes can be felt.
In addition to this somewhat seasonal energy, we are aware of the Moon’s presence. Her shadow falls across the Earth as she appears between the Earth and the Sun. This adds the unification of solar and lunar energy, reinforcing the sense of wholeness, completion and cycles of a solar eclipse.
Consider this fact about solar eclipses: A solar eclipse can only occur during the day, on a new moon. This means that you are working with new moon energy (great for getting rid of things and letting go).
A solar eclipse does not have to be visible for you to work magic. You won’t be able to see every eclipse unless you can travel all over the world easily! Simply look at charts and almanacs to find the exact time of the eclipse, and work your magic then.
Solar eclipses are perfect for some specific types of magick. Consider the solar eclipse of June 10/11, 2002. Because this eclipse was close to the Solstice, the energy of the Solstice dominated the beginning of the eclipse.
In the Northern Hemisphere of the world, the sun is waxing as we near the Summer Solstice (In the Southern Hemisphere, the sun is waning and the Winter Solstice is approaching.)
When an equinox occurs at the time of the waning year (from the Summer Solstice to Yule) it is a good time to rid yourself of unwanted energies, bad habits, unhealthy patterns of thinking and acting, negativity, and other baneful things in your life. You can work with both the new moon energy, and the waning year energy, in addition to the energy of the eclipse.
Here’s an example:
Your ex-lover caused you a lot of pain. Whenever your new love gets close to you, you push away to prevent getting hurt again. You realize that you cannot fully love this new person until you let your guard down. About a half hour before the eclipse begins, you work to let go of the old pattern of pushing away. As the eclipse begins, you feel the pattern dissolving. As the eclipse is ending, you reinforce the growth between you and your new love, and the growing trust within you. This waning/waxing type of magic works well with eclipses.
Consider the time of year the solar eclipse will occur during. Is the sun waxing or waning? Next, consider the lunar influence, the moon is new and will be waxing in a day or two. Finally, consider the waning/waxing energy of the solar eclipse. Use this information to develop your own, tailor-made spells, rituals and rites.

2012 hoax creation to sell media

  • Mayan 2012
Mayan Indian elder Apolinario Chile Pixtun (AP)

With the hype surrounding the upcoming movie release of 2012 and hundreds of books recently flooding the market about the December 12th or 21st, 2012 end-of-the-world as we know it predictions; it’s sobering to find articles by a NASA scientist and an interview with a Mayan elder in the news, clarifying each and every notion, hoax, prediction and tempering the hysteria around this particular date.

In this month’s (October) issue of Skeptic magazine, NASA scientist David Morrison, in his article: 2012 and Counting: A NASA Scientist Answers the Top 20 Questions about 2012, addresses each and every question submitted to the online NASA website about these doomsday predictions.

In answer to the questions about where this modern day prediction started, he gives reference to Zecharia Stichin’s book, The Twelfth Planet, published in 1976 in which Stichin supposedly translated a Sumerian document that identified a 12th planet called Nibiru with aliens called Anunnaki (Nephilum in Genesis), that orbits the inner solar system every 3600 years in an orbit with a semi-major axis of 235 Astronomical Units.

In 2006, when the Sumerian Lexicon was released, these Sumerian documents could be translated by anyone and Stichin’s theories were invalidated. The Sumerians only knew of five planets at the time.
Stichin’s predictions were further hyped up by a self-proclaimed psychic Nancy Lieder who channeled that this planet would enter our solar system in May 2003, which of course, it didn’t and so delayed the event randomly to 2012.

But questions surrounding Nibiru or Planet X still bombard the NASA website and Mr. Morrison mentions the NASA Infrared Astronomy Satellite’s findings in 1983, all the unidentified objects were recognized as distant galaxies or “infrared cirrus.” (See Planet X article on badastronomy.com)

In answer to possible government cover-ups about the existence of this planet, he replies:

Even if it wanted to, the government could not keep Nibiru a secret. If Nibiru were real, it would be tracked by thousands of astronomers, amateurs as well as professionals. These astronomers are spread all over the world. I know the astronomy community, and these scientists would not keep a secret, even if ordered to. You don’t hide a planet on its way into the inner solar system.”

We could probably add to Morrison’s list, the following books mentioned by David Stuart in Maya Decipherment:

“Mexico Mystique: The Coming Sixth Age of Consciousness (1975), an odd pastiche of Aztec and Maya philosophies wherein he proposed that the “end” of the calendar would somehow involve a transformation of world spiritual awareness and Jose Arguelles in his insanely misguided but influential book The Mayan Factor: Path Beyond Technology (1987).

As far as polar shifts and the Earth’s crust doing a 180 rotation around the core go:
Morrison mentioned the every 400,000 years there may be a magnetic reversal but this has nothing to with the earth doing a flip flop. According to research on lava flows:

“The Earth’s magnetic field reverses at intervals, ranging from tens of thousands to many millions of years, with an average interval of approximately 250,000 years. The last such event, called the Brunhes-Matuyama reversal, is theorized to have occurred some 780,000 years ago. There is no clear theory as to how the geomagnetic reversals might have occurred. Some scientists have produced models for the core of the Earth wherein the magnetic field is only quasi-stable and the poles can spontaneously migrate from one orientation to the other over the course of a few hundred to a few thousand years. Other scientists propose that the geodynamo first turns itself off, either spontaneously or through some external action like a comet impact, and then restarts itself with the magnetic "North" pole pointing either North or South.”

The doomsday theory based on the alignment of planets?

Well, the Earth and Sun align with the center of the Milky Way every December and the Black hole mentioned in the center of the galaxy is over 30,000 light years away, a bit too far to have any effect on the alignment.

And last but not least a meteor impact?

Well, Mr. Morrison says you can check the NASA website everyday to see if any large asteroids are heading our way. For the time being there aren’t any. (See NASA Near Earth Object Program)

If a NASA scientist isn’t enough to calm any possible fear, the Mayan elder, Apolinario Chile Pixtun mentioned recently in an Associated Press article by Mark Stevensen that:

“He is tired of being bombarded with frantic questions about the Mayan calendar supposedly "running out" on Dec. 21, 2012.”

"It’s a special anniversary of creation," said David Stuart, a specialist in Mayan epigraphy at the University of Texas at Austin. "The Maya never said the world is going to end, they never said anything bad would happen necessarily; they’re just recording this future anniversary on Monument Six."

Mark Van Stone of the Foundation for the Advancement of Mesoamerican Studies says:
"First, let me affirm that the year 2012 does hold particular significance in Mayan scholarship. Those of us who study the ancient and modern Maya — anthropologists, archaeologists, art historians, linguists, historians, amateurs, collectors — have been anticipating the end of the Maya Great Cycle for some time. We write it 13.0.0.0.0 4 Ajaw 3 K’ank’in. We have known for half a century that this date probably correlates to December 21 (or December 23) in the year 2012 in the Gregorian calendar."

So, the Long Count will reset to zero-zero-zero-zero-zero on December 21, 2012. Astrologer, Bob Makransky mentions: “It’s just the end of a cycle, a “calendar change” the equivalent of Y2K – with no more spiritual significance than the change of millennium had for us.”

Haitian Voodoo: The Possession of the Spirits

Within the small third-world country of Haiti, poverty holds a powerful grip over the people. It is widely considered to be the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, and for its people, survival is a daily struggle. Yet Haitians draw strength from Voodoo, the African-born religion in which many different spirits help guide a person through the physical journey of life. Within the realm of Voodoo, there is nearly no distinction between the spiritual and the physical worlds (“Origins of Voodoo”). Spirits are authentic and are everyday experiences for Haitians (“Haiti Makes Voodoo Official”). To a Voodoo believer, nothing happens by chance; there are neither accidents nor coincidences. Everything happens for a purpose, a purpose determined by the thousands of spirits that surround and guide each worshipper.

Anthropologists believe that Voodoo is somewhere between 6,000 and 10,000 years old, originating among the Fon-Ewe tribes of West Africa (“Origins of Voodoo”). It was carried over to Haiti during the European colonization of the West and was strengthened through the transatlantic slave trade. African slaves who were brought to Haiti to serve the French colonists were forced to convert to Catholicism and forbidden to practice their native African religions, including Voodoo. The French tried to suppress this “pagan” religion, which they felt posed a threat to the colonial system (Guynup). Voodoo was consequently forced into secrecy. One attempt at keeping it alive involved the intricate weaving of Catholic aspects into their religious beliefs, which allowed them to continue to practice their religion by masking it in the guise of Christianity. After the Haitian Revolution in 1804 and the exodus of their French captors, Haitians were able to freely practice Voodoo without the fear of punishment, but elements of Catholicism still remained a very large and integral part of their religion. Today, Voodoo stands as an official religion in the country, a decision made in 2003 by the Haitian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide (“Haiti Makes Voodoo Official”).

Haitian Voodoo is an interesting blend, comprised of a strict monotheism mixed with the worship of many spirits (Caistor).  Haitians believe in one all-powerful deity, Bondieu, who is manifest in all and has reign over the entire universe, the spirits, and all of life. Under Bondieu, there are three general categories of spirits that Haitians believe control and direct the universe. Loa are spirits that embody the major forces of the universe. They control characteristics of nature such as the wilderness, the grave, and the fresh waters. There are hundreds of loa, each in dominion over a specific aspect of nature. In addition to loa, there are spirits that are not well understood and even somewhat mysterious; these spirits are sometimes referred to as the “twins,” because they represent the contradictory forces in nature, such as good and evil, happiness and sadness, health and illness. In this way, the twins are comparable to the Chinese yin and yang. It is believed that if they are honored, these spirits will give the worshipper the better side of these contradicting forces. The souls of dead family members constitute the final group of spirits. After death, these ancestors stay with their families and help them navigate through the trials of life. A Voodoo worshipper believes that when he dies, his soul will remain on earth to provide guidance to his family (Corbett).

Voodooists believe that it is important to honor and care for all of the spirits, as it is believed they become weak over time and depend on humans for nourishment. Rituals and sacrifices are used to rejuvenate them, and it is believed that the life force of a sacrificed animal will transfer to the spirit, in essence “feeding” it (Guynup). On an individual level, each household will set up one or more tables for their ancestors and honor them with candles, perfumes, foods, drinks, pictures, or other effects that please them (Rock). Bondieu and the spirits are also honored at ceremonies, where groups can congregate and worship. Houngans and/or mambos lead most of the Voodoo ceremonies. A tree or pole is central to the ceremony, and drumming and dancing almost always accompany the rituals (Corbett). These rituals are done to gratify Bondieu and the loas. An animal, such as a sanctified chicken is sacrificed in order to satisfy loas, which are sustained by the life energy that is released during the sacrifice (Corbett). During the ceremony, worshippers can be “mounted,” or possessed, by a loa. The loa will take complete control of the individual and will offer advice, give cures, and prophesy to the assembly (Rock). Possession is usually accompanied by frenzied dancing, and after some time has passed, the loa will release the exhausted individual.

There are two main types of Voodoo in Haiti, Rada and Petro (Corbett). In both types, believers hold a sort of mystical power. Rada is the most commonly practiced form, and focuses on spirits that are perceived to be “sweet,” or loving, as well as the spirits of the family ancestors. Rada Voodooists believe that when the loa are angry or displeased, these spirits will inflict illness on people.  For this reason, coupled with the poor sanitary conditions and rampant disease, one of the central facets of Voodoo is healing (Guynup). Houngans and mambos, which are Voodoo priests and priestesses, conduct many healing rituals, utilizing herbal remedies and spells, as well as the help of “sweet” loa.  In this way, Voodoo becomes more than just a religion; it becomes a culture, a common and valid way of life, and an answer to material and spiritual needs.

While the vast majority of Voodoo follows the “sweet” loa, some believers focus on the “bitter” loa, spirits that are ill tempered and demanding of their worshippers (“Religion in Haiti”); this is known as Petro Voodoo (Corbett). Petro believers wield a great amount of power, and practice sorcery and black magic. They are capable of such dangerous activities as casting death spells, writing curses, and creating zombies. Petro Voodooists are extremely rare.  In some estimates they account for less than five percent of all Voodoo worship (Corbett). However, they hold a very real power. Don and Karen Davis, missionaries who live near the Haitian city of Cap Haitien, have witnessed Petro Voodoo firsthand. The Davis’ cite times where Petro worshippers have created “death potions.” Petro worshippers will pour these concoctions into two wooden bowls, placing one on either side of the path where they believe their enemy will pass. When their enemies walk between these two bowls, some have been known to immediately die in that spot on the path, and others will become fatally ill.

Power is not limited strictly to the Petro believers; even in Rada Voodoo, houngans and mambos possess power, such as the ability to kill animal sacrifices by simply pointing loa fetishes at them. There is no known scientific reason for these occurrences, other than the sheer power of Voodoo. In an August 1995 article for National Geographic, journalist Carol Beckwith tells of the strange events that she witnessed while researching Voodoo for her story:

A woman splashed sand into her eyes, a man cut his belly with shards of glass but did not bleed, another swallowed fire. Nearby a believer, perhaps a yam farmer or fisherman, heated hand-wrought knives in crackling flames. Then another man brought one of the knives to his tongue. We cringed at the sight and were dumbfounded when, after several repetitions, his tongue had not even reddened. (Beckwith 111)

Participants of these rituals claim that the spirits protect them and would allow no harm to befall them.

To the Haitians, Voodoo is the true path, and fulfillment comes through service to the spirits. Some worshippers hold a fearful respect of the spirits, while others joyfully worship and love the spirits.  After death, Voodooists aspire to join the other spirits and help future generations.  But until that time comes, they persist in their struggle of poverty, somewhere in between the physical and spiritual realms, relying on Bondieu and the spirits to carry them through the day, through this life and into the next. This is the power that is Voodoo.

levels of our consciousness

I thought that you guys will find that interesting. You’ll see that making decisions and understanding the world around us is much easier when you learn and understand some basic stuff about our consciousness. When I embraced it I noticed some big changes in my life…Now it’s time for you. So let’s begin :) Picture 6

These are the levels of our consciousness: the subconscious, the conscious and the superconscious. Each of these levels reflects differing degrees of awareness and different types of knowledge.

1) Subconscious

The first of these levels, our subconscious, is where our belief system takes place.
Our mindset and background build our belief system and our belief system is made of epxeriences and circustamces that belong to our past.

The best way to understand how the subconscious mind works, is to think about what happens anytime we learn how to do something new.I am referring to anything we learn to do from scratch. Let’s say for example driving a car or use a brand new coffee machine in the restaurant where we are working. At first it won’t be possible to do anything else but focusing all our attention to what we are doing. This happens as we are using our full ratio and the intensity of our awareness is at its highest level. In simple words, we still need to think rationally about all the stages we have to go through in order to complete the action. But at a certain point the process becomes part of our subconscious and it stops involving any kind of thinking. This means we will be able to get into a conversation with someone while we are driving or to watch our favorite TV show without any need to pause it, while we are making coffee.
Anytime we are facing an unexpected situation, we usually take decision according to to our subconscious and intuition. Same happens when we are put in front of a situation that requires to choose among a number of possible choices, the best one for us.

2) Conscious

The next level of consciousness is the conscious state.
The conscious mind is guided by the rational awareness and works by receiving inputs from the physical senses. As exposed in the previous examples, any time we use our ratio we are acting at the conscious mind level. Our self conscious will solve a problem only after considering all the solutions available and evaluating them. However, as stated above, anytime we are facing a certain number of possibilities, we never rely only on the conscious level of our mind to make a choice.

3) Superconscious

Finally the the superconscious mind. The superconscious mind is referred to as The Unified Field. It includes everything in one and comprises all things, both physical and non physical. In other words it consists of everything and everything consists of it. In the super consciousness relies the potential for any conceivable results, anything we see before and after it has been created.

Find here your levels of consciousness guide. Learning how to use them, is the first step to start making better decisions and improving your everyday life.

+ THE MOST POWERFUL BLACK HOLES QUENCHED THEIR GALAXY’S STAR FORMATION

A survey of galaxies performed with ESA’s Herschel Space Observatory has shown that only the most powerful black holes in the early Universe were able to quench the formation of stars in their host galaxies. This finding is an important contribution to our understanding of one of the most hotly debated phases of galaxy evolution.

+ HOW MASSIVE STARS SCULPT A COSMIC CRIB

ESA’s Herschel Space Observatory has captured a new, stunning image of Cygnus X, one of the richest star-forming regions in our cosmic neighbourhood. The image reveals in unprecedented detail the intricate network of filaments, pillars and bubbles present in the region. These structures have been carved by the powerful effects of the many young, massive stars being born in this stellar nursery.

+ HUBBLE OBSERVES A DWARF GALAXY WITH A BRIGHT NEBULA [HEIC1207]

The NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope has made detailed observations of the dwarf galaxy NGC 2366. While it lacks the elegant spiral arms of many larger galaxies, NGC 2366 is home to a bright, star-forming nebula and is close enough for astronomers to discern its individual stars.

(Contacted) reports of visitation and contact

Nancy

‘The car was totally immobilized’: In the summer of 1961 when I was twelve years old, I was at my girlfriends house and we were playing and her father yelled for us to come outside, he wanted us to see something. When we walked outside we immediately saw a giant silver craft. It was silently hovering above a tree. It had red, green and white lights that I thought at the time were rotating but I realize they were pulsating.
Someone called the police. Two Novi police came. Her father actually brought a telescope out and he asked me to look through the telescope, I said, ‘Why? It’s right there.’
I didn’t even understand why I would even look through a telescope. It was so close. And then there was a car coming down the road. There was a tree here and a craft here and a car coming down the road and as it got right underneath the craft, a beam of light came out of the bottom and it went right to the roof of the car and as soon as it touched the car the car was totally immobilized.
Six months ago I met Dr. Harry Wellness and I told him my story because he was a Ufologist and I knew he would believe me and not think I was crazy. He found a regression therapist for me. I had no idea I just wanted to remember the incident more clearly. And at the end of the first regression I remember seeing that my body was rumbling, was a word I never used. My body was rumbling and waving to the low hum of the craft and that was the end of the first regression.
In the second regression, I actually remember being aboard and a procedure that was performed on me. There were three Greys. They performed a laparoscopy on me. In 1961 in the medical field there were no laparoscopy.
They explained to me that they wanted to see inside. They described themselves as teachers. They promised they would get me home safely. I remember in that regression that as the craft was leaving they let me see them leaving and they wanted me to see them leaving. The reason being that they promised and they telepathically told me, ‘See we told you we would get you back safely.’ That was important to them to relay that message to me.
In the third regression I remember communication that I had with, I called him Mr., because that’s how we refer to adults, Mr. and Mrs. back then. And I remember my conversation with him as I was leaving the craft. And he corrected me that it was called a ship and the reason it was called a ship was that it goes in the water as well as in the air.
And I watched how the doors shut. They shut like this. They wrapped around. All the instruments that they use on me when they did the laparoscopy were retractable. They all came out of the wall. It was all neat and clean. There was nothing in there. It was just silver, white floor, a silver table that I was on.
Three Grey beings. The pilot looked like a normal anybody’s dad. I said Mr. why did you let them hurt me. And he said, ‘Your pain was perceived.’ And I got really mad at that remark. I realize that my pain. I realize now that my pain was perceived. They didn’t hurt me. They didn’t want to hurt me. But I was watching the needle and seeing the needle. My pain was perceived.
I remember the first night that I got home after I was taken, staring out my bedroom window forever. And wishing for them to comeback. ‘Please come back, please comeback.’ I’m here. Come get me.
I just remember screaming and being excited and jumping up and down. I remember tugging on one of the police officers arms and saying, ‘Do something. Do something.’ After that I remember being home and Mom and Dad telling me to not talk about it, forget about it, hoping that I would forget about it and it would go away. So for fifty years I never shared it with anyone, not with family or friends or anyone. – Nancy

Shadokeeper

Not so sure I can call myself an abductee but I sure do have strange dreams about being in a different plane, the dreams are usually in a white room, it’s actually darkened but the bed I’m on is lit up, sometimes I’ve seen other people there who I know, not very well but I know them, in some dreams these people are forced into sexual relations, I have only seen the people who do the abducting once, and they look like Chinese catlike creatures, they do have human form just not human features. These kind of dreams I have had for years, I wake up feeling very excited about ideas I have on things concerning planets, the sun, on how a rotating structure of wheels would make a flying machine, there are always needle marks on the backs of my hands, they are finer than the ones I had under hospital anesthetic and appear almost healed, on one occasion on three of my fingers there was razor thin cuts that were diagonal on my fingertips, a little like a lions claw mark would leave but minute and very deep so deep you could see the red flesh at the bottom of the cuts. These dreams can happen every day over weeks sometimes I don’t have them for months sometimes years. Thought I’d share my experience, anybody else recall anything like this??

Quinazagga

for the most part my contact with EBES has been a mix of some very strange  incidents and coincidences  that I grew to accept as just normal mentoring and teaching of  our race and  in 1979 began incorporating them into my books and writing. For the most part that dispelled my fear of the Grey and allowed me to actually interact with them at a greater level.  The fact that there are Saurian cites in some areas deep underground about 8,000 meters and this is in areas that for they had taken me and most of the time it was through means that they drew me close then acquired me through generally showing up and saying it is for the exchange. The exchange was normally very intense contact that went beyond any telepathic contact this went into an mutual exchange where body swapping occurred and at times. Most of theses meetings in the beginning were horrific and as they continued my adaptive nature took over as my fear dissipated their need to restrain me or control me did as well.  For most UFO/EBE researchers I am different and it honestly scares them because they do not have the answers the have sought in religion .    Even some great researchers like Darrel Simms have religious perception which is projection of human beliefs upon an non human entity that is not from the Human species.  My own interactions has taught me that EBE species should be treated like entering a new human society or unfamiliar country.  They have their own way of doing things so you adapt into it and learn their way so you can interact on a higher level.  The most painful thing has been the medical exams as EBE tend to be well very specific in their use of DNA to assimilate you better.

The main thing is that you cannot stop EBES from contacting you nor can you pray them away as they mearly project what you want to happen into your mind and continue operations as normal.   On board the ships I have heard fights from contactee and EBE break out always there is a dead silence as they essentially are tazed  or placed in a fuge state and then cleaned up and processed as normal unless of course you get into a fight with with a Saurian or EBE other than the ones in the Biobot suits we call greys. My experience is to treat them with respect and inquisitiveness be willing to learn their ways and they teach you what they know.  This does not mean there are not EBE species that treat humans as a pet and to thoes you siply have to assert yourself in such a manner that they gain respect for you by you respecting them.

In doing this my own gain has been great amount of knowledge and learning things are not always as you perceive them to be.  In reality they just are that they occurred and are as they are.
